Book Two, softbound — A view (from left to right) of the back cover, spine, and front cover: Titled Towards a Greek Garden, this is the second book of the author’s long poem in five books. Julia Budenz said of it, “The second garden is the garden of the beautiful; its book contemplates the aesthetic, is situated partially in Greece, and makes use of Greek literature, mythology, and geography.” The conclusion of Book Two was published by Wesleyan University Press in 1984 under the title From the Gardens of Flora Baum..
